Default 1999 f150 noises

1999 132000 miles 5.4 liter 2wd

recent changes
oil treatment
oil change
fuel filter
fuel treatment
front wheel bearing
front shocks
fuel system cleaner

The issue is when driving there is almost a "roaring" sound coming from somewhere in the front of the truck, much louder then normal driving sounds. started around 131000 after wheel bearings before everything else.

The other issue started today note that the oil and fuel work was done two days ago but none the less around 1000 rpm when letting foot off gas there is a roughly two second sound like metal grinding in front of truck, either engine or transmission cant pinpoint it but then it goes away happens randomly around 1000rpm.

Thanks guys any input would be appreciated!

I would jack the front of the truck up and see if anything is dragging. Could be the brakes dragging or a bent dust shield from when you changed the wheel bearing.
