Do you have a CEL on (Check engine light) or service engine soon light??? If so check that first! It could be a coil going bad!

If it always stalls when your stopped, it could be the torque converter not unlocking.

Have you had the battery disconnected for any amount of time recently? If so, do this:
Disconnect it again for about 10 minutes, then reconnect it, make sure all accessories are turned off, like air conditioner, heater, stereo...

Then, start the engine and let it warm up to normal idle temperature, usually about 10 minutes, then turn the air conditioner back on for at least another minute, then go drive it for about 10 more minutes.

Any time the battery has been disconnected the computer resets and this process lets the computer get used to the proper amount of air flow again.

Without doing this, the truck is not getting the right air to fuel mixture when you idle or come close to stopping and it can even die right in mid turn.

If you have an owners manual this is described in there too.
