Engine swap info
Have a 97 f150 single cab short box 2 wheel drive standard tranny truck. I have a 4.2 v6 right now but I was givin a 5.4 out of a 98 f150. Just want to know will the tranny bell housing bolt up to the block and is the tranny strong enough for the motor........ie. input shaft, clutch diameter and sizing and if there are any other things I should know about. Any info is good info. Thanks.
