Default Changed radiator hoses, thermostat - now running rough!

Yesterday I changed the radiator hoses and thermostat on my 2003 SuperCrew (125,000 miles) as a preventative maintenance measure. Took a quick test drive, and all was good. Since I made such a mess of the engine, I did a quick engine wash like I have done in the past.

Today the engine is running rough. This morning I got engine codes P301 and P302, so I pulled the #1 and 2 plugs and coils. No water was apparent and the coils' resitance was as expected. Re-installed the plugs and coils.
I then have gone on a couple of test drives. The idle is rough and also when accelerating. I'm not throwing any codes now, but the truck is down on power, especially when accelerating, and I can feel the roughness.

Any suggestions? What did I do to screw up my S'Crew?

Those coil packs are probably bad now
