Default 2000 f150 - 4.6 New Exhaust Needed

I need to replace the exhaust system on my truck, what are my best options ?
I heard of "high flow" catalytic converters ....
I have 2 OEM Catalytics on both sides, total of 4 total...
do I need to replace them all as stock ?
or can I use 1 high flow catalytic on each side and just bend some piping to make it fit ?
My truck uses catalytic converters with an 02 bung (1 on each side)
Do the Magnaflow's have an 02 sensor bung in their catalytic converters for this model of truck ?

mine also had 4 I took them off and put in 1 on each side and the shop i think just put in a bent pipe or something where the upper cats used to go.

That's the way to go!

A shop I asked today over the phone, (sounded like a fly by night type) said he could install the upper pipes in, take out all the current cat's and use one ofhis universal cat's as a replacement. He said no codes would come up. All for $200 !

This sounds shady...

This is what I'm working with....
140 000 Km's on these.
Am I correct in assuming, they are at the end of their life span ?

When you took your cats off, did you take a good look at them to see how much they were clogged ?
were they bad ?
These must be clogged to a degree.....
