Just a guess but I assume he means cylinders. If not, it will be a long time before the brakes are fixed.

I kinda figured that. But I didn't want to miss out on a new & improved version.

I understand your perspective but the humor may not be helping the OP much.

Simply trying to lend a helping hand. I don't think that goes entirely un appreciated if you use improper terminology for something that could be easily understood. Assuming that he won't be able to figure out what i'm referring to is well, insulting lol

Right. At least try a 2000-04 Heritage axle. Even if other system parts have to be upgraded, at least the factory has already done it for him on a donor truck. Granted the later axles have bigger lug nuts, but we can’t win every fight.

the easiest thing i thot of when doing this swap was swapping the whole rear axle.... it was half off day at the junkyard and i got the whole axle for $80 I went from the 8.8 with drum to the 9.75 with disc and it bolts right up the lug sizes are the same if u get it from the f150 or expedition.. dont get the f250 7700 version or whatever cuz its the 7 lugs..so thats annoying.. however the driveline may need to be cut a half inch or so which leads to more money and time.. but the braking upgrade was insane because i didnt do any master cylinder changes so sometimes if i wasnt careful the rear would lockup.... #worth

F150 axle, yes. Expy, No. Expy/Gators use a coil set up, whereas the F150 uses leafs.
