Default 15" Wheels on 97-03?

I know the first answer will be thats impossible but I have seen it on here and in person. My question is are they running 15" tires stretched to fit 16" wheels or is it a 15" combo and shaved rotors or some other mod?
Search "The Hulk" ,its a 99', for a good example.

someone's gonna get hurt! Lol...
Dude they shave the calipers, NEVER! ! Think about putting a tire on a wheel that isn't the recommended size, lives will be lost

Plus I'd like to see someone try to stretch a15" tire on a 16" wheel by hand, cuz a shop ain't gonna do it...

The stretched part was sarcasm. Tires are made for certain size wheels and thats why many have "Use Only On X Size Wheel" raised on the sidewall. But honestly I was just wondering if 15" wheels could fit our trucks if a certain backspacing and or offset was utilized because I have been told NO but I have seen otherwise.

Yeah it's just a shave of the calipers, I get your joke now, because people say no and you see them on our trucks anyway haha

know a guy who mounted a 16" tire on a 16.5" rim....got the tire on and had 130 psi in the tire and bead wouldnt seat....tire blew apart and blew the nut off the threaded stud on the old style tire machines and it hit him in the forehead and cracked his skull ..the guy is alive today but thats one in a million chance that youd survive.
