10th gen topper fitment question

10th gen topper fitment question
Hello, does anyone know if a topper for a 10th gen regular cab will have fitment issues on a 10th gen super cab (of equal bed length) with regard to where a topper meets the rear of the cab? I know all toppers are different so this question is somewhat difficult to answer so will attach photos. I know there are some differences in the shape of the rear cab (ie the moulded rear window bezel the the third brake light mounts into has a different part number for regular and super cab, super cab being 3l3z1842430aab).
Would this regular cab topper that comes right up to the rear cab:
Fit on this super cab bed?

I was not aware of any of these changes by model.... I thought it only changed by year. Two versions I thought. Around 97-99 and 00-03 is what I was thinking.
But to answer your question, bed length and styleside vs. flareside is all you should have to worry about.

OP, I had heard the same as you, that toppers differ by cab type. But I can't verify that 100%, and other people on this site know a lot more about these trucks than I do.
That said, I bought an old Leer truck cap off Craigslist and the seller didn't know what kind of cab it was for. I still don't know, but it fits well enough for my needs. This is a regular cab truck, so it's kind of the opposite of what you're asking for. Still, I hope these pics help at least a bit.

If the bed length is the same, and the bed type is the same (flareside vs fleetside) then it will fit your 99-03 truck. I can't say for certain if 97/98 will work (it should) but not 100% certain on that. I've not heard of any cab differences in the rear for the 10th gen trucks

The changes I am referring to in my post are changes in the rear window surround. I do know that was changed in 98 or 99..... thinking it was mid 99 though.
The shape of the cab did not change AFAIK. But Will's pic has me either thinking that he's got a poorly made shell, or maybe there is a difference that I was not aware of. Mine fits perfect though.

Thanks everyone, was a couple hour drive to craigslist seller, so wanted to have a fairly high degree of confidence that it'd fit. Seller was super nice guy who wouldn't even accept a dime until we had tried it on, and it ended up fitting quite well...
edit for future reference of thread visitors: seller's truck was 99 regular cab, moved to my 03 super cab with no issues.
