I started with engine light, codes said change #6 coil pack. Did that and new spark plug, made it way worse. Today I replaced the GEM module for other running and electrical issues, had it programmed, and replaced the fuel filter just because it had never been done. This made some improvement. Still it runs VERY rough when under a load or using cruise going into the wind or up hill. Kinda like taking off in 1st with a std tranny then jumping to 3rd, thinking it will take right off, but it jerks and strains to run because ur in too high of a gear for that speed. This is how tranny acts under light to moderate acceleration, but mash the gas and it revs high then goes like mad. Before this I replaced the tranny, original died.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? The dealership is a last resort, lol.
