Yes it will. They told me it wouldn't work. 35's -44 no spacers will clear but not by much. Minor trimming may have to be done. I ran 36x15.15's on -44 wheels on just a 6" lift. It rubbed pretty good but my total offset was something like -101. I'm at -150.2 ish offset right now. 37x13.50 on 22x14's with 3" spacers 9" of lift.

If it were me I would go 17s and 35s with a -24 offset just to keep the tires somewhat tucked. It's all about the look he wants.
