Default 01 F150 lift questions

I have an 01 F150 2X4 with a 1.5 inch coil spacer in the front. I'm looking to put a suspension lift to add some height to it. I'm tight on money but have a friend who's pretty mechanic handy and we were talking about buying a taller coil for the front and putting a block in the back between the axle and leaf springs. My question is: about how high could I go before I have to start replacing other parts such as brake lines, steering column, or possibly any other hoses or gizmo's? I also know an after market camber kit is needed to help align the tires. I put a camber kit that allows between -2 and 2 degrees, how much of a lift would this allow?

Thanks

Rough country 3in lift spindles, 3in block in rear and 2.5in coil spacer upfront. 5.5inches of lift for under $500

I have a cheap way of getting the parts, i'm just wondering how high i can go before i have to start replacing parts other than shocks, coil, camber kit, and small hardware used to mount them.
