01 5.4L Stuttering missfire
So last month my check engine light came on as I was making a run to the local market, so I kind of ignored it until two days ago when the truck started to stutter under load, so I went to the local auto store and pulled the codes and I had P0171 and P0174, and the guy at the parts store said that it could be a dirty MAF, But I had cleaned it a couple months ago and I was not too worried because it was only stuttering on and off until today.
Now whenever I get on the gas it is being hesitant and stuttering, also when I started to go up a hill and I put some load on it the engine started to buck badly and the check engine light started flashing as it started to lose power so do you, guys have any clue what it could be? I am going to go pull the codes again and see if there are any new ones.

Blinking light is an active misfire. Have the codes read again and it should point to which cylinder(s). A good tune-up probably wouldn't hurt. Probably a cop going bad.

P0307 is a misfire on cylinder 7. So take cylinder 7 coil out and switch it with like cylinder 1 coil and if the miss follows the coil you will have to replace that coil. If it doesn't replace the plug in cylinder 7

Ok, so I switched the #7 coil pack to cylinder #1 and I cleared the codes then I took it for a drive and the light came back on with a P0301 code. So, where is the best place to get a coil pack and would it be better to replace them all?

Yes just replace the one coil. Coils are about 55 bucks at like autozone. Just don't get the very cheapest one and you should be fine. Just replace them as they go out do you won't be out the money,
