Southwest: SOLD...OEM HID Chrome Headlight Housings
#21
Man that really sucks! When my headlights were shipped to me, they too got a scratch or two in shipment.
To whoever takes the chance on buying these, there are multiple ways to get a lot of the scratches out. Look on YouTube and you can find the ways. I used some headlight lens restorer and some quick detail spray and it actually removed a lot of the issues I had. These scratches would still be worth it to me at this price. The light output is night and day compared to factory halogen.
Good luck with the sale brother.
Edit: the broken tab isn’t a huge deal either. As long as two of the three are there, they will still mount easily and securely.

To whomever buys these, you can eliminate most of the scratching but definitely not all of it. I want to be clear that you will probably need to clear epoxy (what they use to fill windshields with) or swap out the drivers side lens.

Update on this:
I purchased some clear jb weld epoxy resin yesterday and am going to fill the gouge and then sand down the scratches the best I can (unless someone purchases before I get a chance, then I will include the epoxy in the box). Price will remain the same but now you won't have to worry about that as much anymore. I will update with pictures in a couple of days.
You could have a nice set of headlights for less than $500.
Buy these assemblies for $150 + shipping (around $250)
Pick up these Ballasts and wires from ebay for $110
Pick up a set of the morimoto bulbs for $75.
Buy the dust covers for $22 ($12 + $10 shipping)
Total like that: $457
If you send me $460. I will purchase all of the stuff and send it as a complete set to you using the above stuff, but it would be more difficult if there is any issue with the bulbs/ballasts on your part as they would be shipped without any guarantees from me.

Put the clear epoxy on tonight. Still needs a light sanding (think headlight restoration) and will be nearly impossible to tell anything was ever wrong.
Minus the two tabs being broken this is getting to be a much better deal.

I got the light cleaned up today....and holy cow...I should probably charge more than $150 + shipping for these but I'm not going to. I think the lens might be better than the first time.

That is impressive indeed. Someone's going to get a nice set of housings cheap.
