Just as FYI for anybody else looking to buy items potentially from SPLACK, I paid for the SCT tuner on 03/12/2017, and then didn't hear anything for a few days, asked for tracking info and seller said he decided to keep the tuner anyhow. ( but neglected to tell me that until I asked for tracking )
So told him if that's the case, he needs to refund the money and he said he would but it never happened. Followed up a couple times with him and gave plenty of time for him ( over a week ) to refund but never received the money back.
Got ahold of him today again and said that we needed to be refunded today as had over a week now to do it, and he said I had to open a PayPal Protection case to get our money back and that he would just deal with it later...
Not sure why he cant just go in and refund the money but it is what it is. We will let Paypal handle it ( and cases like this is exactly why you dont send money for purchases as gift or friends and family unless you know the person personally as no PP protection if you do it via that way )
