Where's the power wire hook to and how do they fit in a stock 13 FX SCREW grill ?

On my '14, I spliced them into the parking light behind the headlight. 2 wires, simple install.

Where are these located?

According to CGE's website this kit only fits the 13-14's?

I am in SE Wisconsin, the Waukesha/Dousman area. They may fit other years as the lights are mounted to a thick plastic panel, new holes could be drilled.
