Its not chrome it is the 'Platinum' color, like a brushed silver. This grille had an ingot silver surround but i swapped it for the platinum one. This may show the color better
I just did a 20 pound package from AZ to VA and it was $35 bucks. If this is something we can work on I'd be interested. FYI I just shipped a tonneau cover for $140 from Illinois to Virginia.
I took the grille up to ups told them I'd like to ship it to the address I had which was AZ and it was 96 bucks, sooo I don't know how you got those rates
