Bilstein shows a different PN for the 2wd vs 4wd. Will it work maybe, I've never tried

The reason they have different part numbers is the 4wd model is longer than the 2wd the 4wd model will fit the 2wd just don't set it to raise the truck. I replaced my factory 2wd struts with 4wd struts and eliminated the need for the leveling spacer. If you set the 4wd set on max height and install on a 2wd its like adding 5" of lift and you will catch hell putting the strut in the tower.Hope this helps you out
