No, I really don't have a way to remove them without tearing them up or taking them to a shop. Most likely whoever buys the wheels will need them also.

I'd be interested if only you were closer. I don't like my stock KR wheels.

but for what it's worth, you can take off the TPMS sensor with a small Torx bit. its a separate piece from the rubber valve stem, and those only cost a couple bucks.
