#112
Hi brother,
Please email directly at: lethalweapon09@yahoo.com
It's easier for me to communicate & easier to track customer orders.
Look fwd to hear from you & glad your home!
I have 1 set left before the next batch that's at the machine shop, so it may be a week for those, but I have the one set I'll hold for you.
Email me & we'll get your order going.
Thanks ,
Brett

You can email me directly at: lethalweapon09@yahoo.com. (It's easier to communicate & also keep track of the orders as well).
To recap: this "buy back/ core return program" is only offered to USA shipping addresses (sorry my fellow Canadian brothers), because I offer free shipping INCLUDING a pre paid shipping label of your cores back to me that is included in your package.
Payments: I use PayPal and send each customer a descriptive invoice. PayPal is safe secure & protects both parties.
Cost: .... end result: only $50.00!!
Upfront the buyer is invoiced & pays: $105.00.
When the cores are returned, a credit of $55.00 is credited back thru the PayPal transaction... Again, this awesome mod end result will only cost: $50.00.
Notes: yes, these are used & from other members 2009-2014 F-150's... They are taken apart, CNC machine the MP (Middle Position), repack the mechanisms generously with high quality grease, reassembled with stainless steel bolts & nyloc nuts, brand new foam gaskets, and include an easy to read & understand instruction sheet & even a string to tie on them so they don't get lost in the double wall abyss of our kick panel area.
Last note: MANY of these will have the dust cups, but some do not. Do NOT let that deter you or anyone else. .... Most dry rot within a year or two anyways. (Their only purpose is to keep dust out and the gasket pretty much takes care of that to begin with). Lastly, This will NOT effect the lifetime warranty that is offered through my program.
Feel free to get a hold of me! I have a regular day job, but check & on here regularly.
Thanks,
Brett

Getting the door checks replaced was pretty straightforward and simple, and only took about thirty minutes of fiddling around. Work pretty nice too!
But I have one question:
How the hell are you guys getting the rubber tray back in, behind the passenger's side kick-panel?
It can probably be left out and never create an issue, but my A.D.D. dictates that it HAS to go back in today, before I can walk away from the project, and call it officially complete. The fuse panel is the biggest reason that ease of access to reinserting this, is blocked. And there's certainly not enough room for two hands there, not to mention your head, so you can see how to manipulate it.
Being a big guy with broad shoulders, working on interior floorboards, behind dashes and kick panels have never been one of my strong points. Complete rebuilds? Yes, much easier when the entire interior is out. Working on isolated areas of currently running vehicles? No, not at all. I'd rather run through a dog kennel with bacon underwear.

2nd Amendment Supporter!
OMG.... LMAO!!!!
Just had a crazy visual with bacon underwear!!! Lol!!!
Yes, the pass side can be a bit of a PIA.
Usually you can "bend back" 1/2 of it & then push it back in when it's installed. If you pull it out all the way, it's doable, but yes a pain.
It's no big deal if it doesn't go back in, but be patient & give it a try later, or even another day.
