Default Livernoise tuner- $200 obo

I have sold my truck and no longer need the tuner. Truck ran really strong with all the tunes and I was very happy with the tuner for 25K miles. Keep in mind you will have to have Livernois re-do the programmer to fit your truck which is $250, but an new tuner is $600 so this is still a good deal. Livernois will also calibrate for new tire size if you have changed when you get your tunes. Please PM with any questions.
Thanks

It's going to need to be updated from Livernois no matter what, so they'll change up the strategy code. The tuners aren't locked by the code, they're VIN locked to a vehicle.

I believe Moto is correct on this one. It would be awesome to be able to load this right up without having to go thru the extra step with Livernois, but I don't think there is a way around it. Thanks Moto

which makes NO sense... since ford has but only a certian # of strategy codes that really only means its coded to a 'strategy code'

even an ECU has a strategy code that works with certian cars.. cant take any ecu and put it in any car/truck

do you know the code off your truck thats what im after finding out .. if its same as mine... im interested...

Moto is correct though. It's not a matter of how Ford does codes, it's how Livernois does their tuning.

Plat, thanks for your interest, and I do agree with you that it "should" work. However, I don't want to screw anybody here having them think $200 and done b/c Livernois does something different. I sold my truck so I can't get the 4-digit, but here is the info I have from a recent tune update from Livernois:

TunerSerial #: 1515663

ECUStrategy: KGCP4CA.H32

ID:CL3A-14C204-AXG

Franchi,

Thanks for your input as that is what I have heard......
