It takes 15 minutes or so and I used these bulbs. I'm sure kpope does good work but I couldn't justify the price.

Remember when someone tells you it can't be done take that as a challenge not a brick wall.

Tried this but when I went to pull out puddle lamps found out they are not festoon type!
I have Ford Knockoffs that look identical to the OG tow mirrors so I assumed it would be the same but it looks like out license plate type bulb goes in them!
Now I've got two 31mm 12 LED bulbs collecting dust until I can find what to do with them. Lol

Ya, I wasn't sure about the guy who couldn't get them to work in his '13 with HID's. Sounded kinda funny to me. They worked fine on mine! I ordered a second set of lamps from my Ford dealer in case I had any difficulties with the mod. No problems at all. I did mine with epoxy, then sanded the excess off. A bit of a snug fit but they're in there. My first set I did with blue 6 pack led's. I have a white truck and they look all right but I think the xenon white ones that I'm making now will be the keepers. I've already upgraded every other bulb to xenon whites so the blue puddles don't really match...
