Kicker sound gate amp with wiring

I have the soundgate amp and wiring I removed from my '14 stx for sale. It has a pac Line output converter already wired in to add an additional amp for subs if you want. Asking $100 shipped I'm located in the Dallas area for pickup

if it will work on a 2011 with basic radio no nav and no sony, ill take it
