Is the loose projector an easy fix? What is involved?

Honestly, I dont know. I know they have been opened before and I suggest resealing them with silicone. I dont feel like putting them in the oven and tearing them apart to find out. I originally wanted to send these out to one of the vendors here to mod but I just dont want to spend $1k on headlights when I can probably buy the rest of the Raptor front end for the same price.

The set does come complete with the ballast, bulbs, housings and the morimoto harness.
