FS: 09-14 Raptor Steering wheel with shift paddles
Up for sale is my custom Raptor Steering wheel with Mercedes AMG shift paddles. The steering wheel itself is in great shape. I used blue electrical tape (It actually looks good!) to cover the red leather strip at 12 o'clock. The red leather strip on this wheel was not in good shape when I purchased it and I would recommend keeping it covered or replacing it.
The shift paddles were added by me and they turned out pretty good. I am by no means a professional installer, so keep that in mind that the paddles may not be in exact mirror positions on each side (eg. I eyeballed placement), but they look darn good from straight on. The paddles themselves are OEM Mercedes parts and are solid with a heavy feel. There is a small scuff on the back side just under the right paddle where the Dremmel got away from me (picture below). I've also included a picture of the left paddle to show where the very edge of my opening for the paddle can be seen. Both are small imperfections but I want to list them here so there are no surprises.
To utilize the paddle shifters, two wires need to be placed in a connector on the SCCM (steering column control module), run to and spliced to the wires that the console shifter uses for shift + and -. I will assist with this best I can for whomever purchases the wheel, and will provide two wires with proper pins for the connector.
The paddles themselves were $170, and I paid $295 for the steering wheel.
I am asking $475 with free shipping to the lower 48.
