Please excuse my lack of knowledge on tuners. If I buy the tuner for my eco do I need to also pay to have new tunes? Or is it plug and go?

If your strategy code doesn't match up you have to pay livernois $250 I believe to program it for your strategy code.

Ya there are a few dents in it due to trying to get it out of the Vent. I could do 80 shipped for the mount and gauge.
