Sold my truck so these items are no longer needed. 09-13 F-150 Belltech 970SP lowering struts and shackles. Works with2WD and 4WD. The front can be adjusted to a 3 inch drop and the rear 2 inches (plus the block on a 4WD). Around 5000 miles on the kit. Instructions included.
09-14 F-150 Belltech 6444 rear flip kit. This kit is setup for 4 inches as is but you can remove the front bracket for a 5.5 drop. Instructions included. One U bolt is missing. I was able to use a stock one (4WD).Also included : Belltech shims and shock extensions. $250 plus shipping**sway bar is sold**
I don’t know for sure, but the hard parts should be the same. The struts use your springs, the shackles are the same (if you go that route), the shims are the same, which would lead me to believe the flip would be the same (if you used it). The sway bar will work also. I believe it will but you may double check with someone.
