Yes they are a little dirty, yes they are all fully functional, yes they come in OEM boxes, yes I will paypal. No I will not trade for anything other than PTM fender flares or bumpers, or an appearance package vinyl, possibly with cash. Paid right at $600 for all 5, would like to get $400.
