I upgraded from Sync 2 to Sync 3 in my 2013 F150, and it's awesome! I sourced the parts from all kinds of random places, and ended up with a few duplicates. Below is a list of the parts I have and the price. You can reply to this thread, or send me a PM. Thanks!

Sync 3 APIM w/ Nav - This is one of the 2 main components you need to upgrade to Sync 3, the other being the screen. I am including the cable and screws needed to attach the screen, which you would have to buy separately. This APIM came off of a 2017 Lincoln MKC. You would need to use Forscan to program it for your truck. It includes navigation, as well as Apple CarPlay and Andorid Auto. Asking $300 plus shipping.

Sync 3 cable to connect APIM and screen - This cable is used to connect the screen to the APIM. Asking $25

Sync 3 screen brackets - These brackets came off of a 2018 Ford Edge. They were mounted to the top and bottom of the Sync 3 recessed screen. Asking $20
