Our black antenna bent the first time we ran the truck through a car wash ---- this one won't!

It doesn't look as tall as the stock Black one but if you like it and it has good reception, why not?

I'm not sure what makes an antenna look goofy, but hey? I haven't given it much thought.

i dont go to those automatic car washes cause the cars alot of times come out with more than a bent antenna. i know a lot of guys whose cars got scratched up pretty good.

Those auto car washers also work your clear coat
off in time.

Pressure washers on the paint are not such a good idea
either. They are great for wheel wells and underbody
after going mudding.

one good thing about the black one you can't deny is that if you are goin into a parking garage, its somewhat like a warning to tell you you might hit the roof. bet you didnt think about that
