Are these kits legal?

Are the bi-xenon kits motorized or do they have a dual bulb setup?

Will these work with my factory housing or do you recommend a projector?

Anything you do to your truck that is aftermarket is generally not legal. But from my understanding is as long as you get a normal temperature that is like a factory HID you won't have problems. I laugh when I see those suped up hondas driving down the road with purple or pink headlamps. Sore thumb IMO. I have used these kits in all my cars for over a year with not 1 problem and have driven behind cops at night.

The bulb is a telescopic bulb.

Yes they will work with your factory headlamp no need to cut/modify anything. Fully plug and play.

So how do you order?
Are people paying you and then the order is placed?
Or does someone place the order directly with the company and then they add a GB code for checkout?

How is warranty honored if a problem should occur?

Please read post #1 it shows everything needed to get your order in.

Warranty is dealt through me and is fairly quick and easy.

All bixenon kits come with relay harness. Bulb is telescopic meaning it moves back and forth switching from low to high beam.

Pics of telescopic bulbs?

There is not one that I have heard of

Or are you referring to the part where they change pitch for moving the bulb in a upward motion changing the position of the bulb in the holder and alter the reflected light to the point of glaring?
