So is 1.25" the minimum for not having to cut the factory studs or is it 1.5"? The tires on my new truck are very close to the A arm. Like, piece of paper close.
1.5” is minimum for using your stock spare if that’s what you are asking. As far as the OEM
wheels go, it depends on if they have pockets on the mounting surface of the wheel. 1.5” will clear OEM and spare no problem.
