94 ford bronco ct
There is rust developing on the body in two areas; 1. On the edge of the rear wheel wells (over the rear tires) and 2. At the bottom edge of the tailgate (See pictures below). Nothing terrible or excessive for these types of vehicles, just typical north-eastern winter vehicle rust. Ford Bronco's are known for accumulating debris over the rear wheels AND for bad paint preparation of the rear tailgate causing rust.
On the inside of the truck we have three minor issues. 1. The driver side bucket seat has a lean to it (Leans left) 2. The dash pad over the radio has a small crack and 3. The air bag (SRS) light is on. None of these issues affect the drive-ability of the truck, they're just annoyances in my opinion. The interior is very good otherwise, only needing a very good cleaning/detail.
THE GOOD:
The truck runs excellent and starts on the first turn of the key. The truck is also equipped with a remote start which comes in handy on those cold mornings, (or sweltering heat waves like we've seen up here in the northeast lately).
I recently replaced the battery with a top of the line Duralast Gold battery from Autozone with an 8 year limited warranty. The truck also comes equipped with (4) BRAND NEW BF/Goodrich off-road tires, (worth about $500.00 by themselves!), mounted on the original Ford/Alcoa rims. I engaged the 4x4 system in my driveway and it engages properly with no funny noises or sounds. The truck looks to have had a recent tune-up including plugs, wires, cap & rotor. (They LOOK newer at least).
All accesories work including the power windows, locks, cruise, A/C (Cold!), CD/radio and all lights. The rear window works excellent with the dash switch and with the key switch in the tailgate itself.
As you can see in the pictures, this truck is in very good condition. With a few repairs and some TLC, I believe the truck will last for another 150k miles. As you can see it's equipped with a few extras, Lund visor, Grizzly push bar & side steps. It also at one time had a CB, the mount for the antennae is still on the rear bumper. It also has a factory tow package w/2" receiver.
