1" wheel spacers/adapters
I have 4 1" wheel adapters that will fit an 04 and up F150.
These adapters/spacers are hub centric, and wheel centric which greatly reduces any chance for vibrations.

1 of the spacers has a broken lug, which can be replaced fairly easy (and cheap) at any tire shop.
$125 + shipping for all 4
