I know the pain... I replaced mine in 30* F weather and almost kicked the truck on many occasions. Amazing how much those damn things can hurt your fingers when it's freezing outside....

I got tired of puting mothers back to black on them to make them sorta black with streaks. So I decided today I would tackle the job. I decided to hair buy knew push pins instead of recycling the old ones. They turned out great. I got tired of the plasti dipped mirros so I'm in the process of pealing plast dip of now. I'm going to get them painted at a local body shop soon. The plasti dip even with a couple clear coats began to get cuts in it and tears from bugs and such.

They sure have! The mechanic wanted 200$ just to take the motor apart to check the cam. And then if it was the cam roller who knows what it would of cost. My fix was only 11$ at oreielys. Lol

Hey guys. I hate to be "that guy", but I'm looking for another job and wondered if anyone could help. I have a lot of customer service and management experience and am currently working with CAD, but have no degree. Does anyone know of anything available in (or can be based out of) the upstate? I don't like the direction my current company is going and feel I should start looking for other options. Thanks for your help.
