Ok sounds like this weekend won't work for everyone. O well, we'll try again. It's not like any of us are moving.

Yeah it's a two day boot camp for their VDI stuff. I don't think it's for a cert. We are partners and we got the class for free. I manage the Support Center for Encore Technology Group. I used to be in the field doing switch/route and VoIP until they found out I do the windows stuff as well. I've been with them for a little over 7 years now. I've been paid for being in IT since 92. I finally decided that I needed to get into management a couple of months ago. I handle 5 people in my group. Two each for infrastructure and two for NOS and one more for the hosted voice. I'm probably getting some more people in the next few weeks to months.
Yeah that is cool. I been in IT since 2002. I started out configuring routers and stuff. More like SysAdmin type stuff, then as the years went along, I gained server, workstation, routing/switching, Linux and other knowledge. I'm more on the infrastructure, backbone side of the house. I have been mostly hardware support person, then some where along the way, software support and configuration management got put on my duties.
Ok let's start an actual list. If we planned to meet up at Caeser's Head on Saturday at say 2:00 PM, have a BBQ, take some pics, chill, drink some beers (those over 21, not me) then either we all part ways or we go to someone's place for a small bonfire, who would come? We can split costs for food and the we would use the clubhouse at our property up there. I would love to do this, but we need to actually make some solid plans. Either we decide on it before 2PM tomorrow or it doesn't happen.
What ever y'all decide to do, have fun and take plenty of pictures. I'm home in GA every weekend. My daughter had ear tube surgery today, and Ohio State plays tomorrow, so I will be hanging out with family watching OSU game and relaxing. Because I am only home on weekends, all my time is spent with my family. I have a 3 year old and 5 year old girls that loves when Mama come home. Plus it gives Daddy a break when I am home. You are under 21? How old are you? I am 48. I have a 28 year old son too.

Cool. That is awesome. Congratulations on your new truck. Absolutely gorgeous. I like it.
Why did you get rid of the '12? Was it giving you problems? You had just started to mod the '12?

Thanks Jack, I've absolutely fallen in love.
I had modded the '12 as far as I wanted to take it. It was meant as an interim truck from the beginning. Most mods I did to it I made sure would be transferable to the new truck when I got it eventually.
That original FX2 was just such a good deal that I couldn't pass it up. And same with the new FX4. The local dealer here in Anderson offered me an incredible deal on mine. All said and done, I only paid ~$9,000 to upgrade from the old to the new.
That includes some upgrades, OEM bedliner (gonna sell it for $150-200), OEM bed extender (could sell but might keep), a tailgate step that they are going to install on mine. Funny enough the truck was supposed to come with one from factory, but somehow didn't, dealer discounted that from the price, but after they called Ford, They told me I'd be getting the tailgate swapped free of charge(I think the step is a couple hundred bucks option).
Other than that, it was optioned just like my '12 except it had the new Nav, OEM projectors (fandamntastic for the record), 18" wheels (replaced by my black 20's), and 4WD.
