Default Hi My name is Josh, I have a 2004 Expedition

I have a 2004 Expedition 5.4 Eddie Bauer yes I know it's not an F150 but I have a question hoping that I can get some answers. Starting a couple of months ago it started to miss or hesitate and after doing research my first conclusion was coil packs I changed the coil packs on a brand new coil packs nothing changed it actually got worse cuz it was only doing it when you put it in gear now it does it in idle as well. I went through each coil pack unplug one at a time the motor skip got worse so I ruled out the coil packs as I'm plugged each one I also check the injectors the skip got worse as well with those. I put a new cam sensor and temp control sensor and nothing has helped. Please any ideas?

try posting this somewhere more appropriate.

Maybe the '04-'08 discussion or the V8 engine area or maybe Off Topic.

You'll get a lot more help.

I'd guess you have a vacuum leak somewhere.
