You guys do this meet twice a year right? I'm gonba try and make the next one. Just picked up a '92 XLT with the 300 I6. Truck is in Cali until January when I can get it lol.
I think I've seen some of your trucks in Melbourne area. If you see a little silver Escape with blacked out wider than stock rims that's my daily driver.

Mike here, the meet is going to be at our shop. Here are some answers to questions I have seen so far.
Address for the shop is:

Dyno: We have one on order that will be in the ground mid November so it won't be ready for this meet but should be for the next round.
Gator Game: I have a 40" tv in the bay area that you can connect your Gator game to.
Parts/Bolt On's: If there is anything specific you are looking for, let me know and I'll see if I can get it in the shop for when you get there. Post out Brand and Part Number and I'll get you a price. We are going to have a special discount for the day of the meet on most all products.
Food: We'll be bringing in a good amount of bbq, if there are any specific beverages you want I suggest bringing a cooler.
Fun: We'll be holding a couple of contests for best looking truck and whatever else I find funny or cool that day. Give away some free junk.
Based on the past that I've read about and the posts on this one coming up, it looks like it's going to be a great event.
