Subscribing, I've been meaning to ask this myself. I'm moving to Conifer in a couple of months from Florida. It's always good to know what dealers you can trust. I never complain about paying for honest labor...Key word 'honest'. I'm looking fwd to seeing how my '14 XLT EB 4x4 does in the snow, not wanting to hear the g/f laugh at me as she passes me in her Wrangler. . It's ok though, she may beat me up the drive after a fresh snow, but I'll damn sure leave her in the dust the other 99% of the time. I love my EB! Lol

You'll be presently surprised with the ECO in the snow. I went up Vail pass last year in the worst snow storm we had in the mountains and I didn't have one problem. I passed Jeeps, Chevy's, Dodge's, Subaru's and everything else in my path...seriously didn't even flinch. The F-150 is built right and has adequate weight distribution.

I took my 13 EB out in about 6+ inches with the Dueller Alenzas on it and had no issues. It's all about the driver. Tires help a ton but don't let the people who say the stock tires are like wagon wheels when it comes to traction get you down. Not sure about ice yet though...

Welcome to CO as well, been here almost 11 years and love it!

Are you referring to Spradley Barr? I bought my truck at their dealership in Foco. I haven't been too impressed with the place, but I was happy with my salesman and the main finance guy.

I bought two vehicles at once from phil long ford (I think they are in littleton) and they were pretty good to deal with. I also like the fact their service department is willing to install Rousch components. Stay away from Groove in Centennial.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Interstate Ford (I-25 in Dacono). The sales both went very smoothly with no issues. I have also been impressed with their service department. Although it is a small dealership so it takes longer to get scheduled for service. They were the only dealer I found willing to even try to change my DRLs to the marker lights, once I explained to them how to do it they didn't even charge me for the time. Both Omera and Sill-ter har Ford wouldn't even entertain the idea that the DRLs were programable and tried to send me to Cartoys.

Spradly in Cheyenne lied to us & then lied trying to get out of the lies....went back to look at a 15 F150 Lariat they have on the lot...saleguy slowly came over and was not to bad, not pushy or anything...but I've got issues getting past the being lied to (service department & it's been a few years) and just don't trust them at all.

Pulled into the Spradly in FtCollins and was chased down by a salesman, just wanted to look at what they have on the lot....ended up going back after closed to just walk around unmolested.

Now I totally understand somebody coming over and talking to ya & showing you around....what your looking at...however, don't be pushy & don't try to baffle me with BS....I don't need you or your trucks & will just walk away...

I was going to say Groove.

Another thread brags about Groove Service, I used them to program my remote start and they seemed alright. We've used them a few times for parts though work, the parts guys are pretty smart, MedVed not so much.

I can't really speak of service one way or the other. I need to take mine in soon for that stupid shudder issue that the Ford dealer in Texas kept giving me the run around on.

Courtesy Ford is good on the sales side, but service sucks big time. I've bought 3 vehicles there over the past 10 years, and each time gave the service a shot and ended up sorely disappointed.

Groove Ford is where the majority of service on my '11 F150 has been, and I'm totally happy with them. I've had the 20k-65k services done at Groove, including a steering repair (broken tooth), no issues and will keep going back.

I had the 5-15k services at O'Meara up north, and was happy with them also. Nothing major done here though, so I can't speak for how they are when an expensive repair shows up.
