We spent most of our time in Brighton and really liked it. Anyone currently living there or around there?

I'm an hour northeast of Brighton, that and Greeley are the two closest "major" towns for us.

Only problem with some place like Brighton is you'll more than likely commuting to Greeley/Fort Collins (not too bad) or the Denver Metro Area (God Help You LOL!) for work. Nice thing is if you don't mind a bit of a commute there are nice places to live near all the metro areas where most of the jobs will be. I am stuck living in the Denver Metro area because the wife works in the Denver Tech Center and works a lot of hours so it wouldn't be fair to make her drive an hour each way so I don't have to live in the big city.

I used to live in Phoenix so city doesn't bother me too much, I really don't think my other half would like it, she has lived in small towns her whole life haha. But we have no for sure plans one way or another. Just came up in convo that we both wouldn't mind moving to Colorado. Thanks for all the comments!

I did a few years in Phoenix myself. Like Az but I would never live in the Phx area again. Denver area is way nicer.

Moved here back in 1970. Wife and kids are all from Colorado. Have lived in Boulder, Longmont, Platteville, and now in Frederick. Grew up in Boulder that's why I live Weld County. Still work out of Boulder, and it sucks being around People with no common sense. But been at the Job for 34 years. To late to leave now.

Just moved into our house in the Loveland area....spent the last 1-1/2yrs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and couldn't wait to be back to Colorado...I will never leave again!

Here's one reason....I love the mountains!
