March 10th would work for me. Could we maybe make it a little bit later in the day...like 2pm? I know some people (including myself) have Church in the mornings on Sunday.

There is a really nice trail that starts at Patricia J. Blattman Elementary School and goes all the way up through the woods. There's stuff that's easy enough for 2wd or hard enough for a 4x4 to barely make it. Also a rock climbing wall along the way. One of my favorite trails here in SA.

Some videos of the trail:

30* hill

2wd fun

mild rocks

Sounds good.

So overall we've got:

Location:
Meet at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World on Sunday, March 10th at 2 PM.

Eat somewhere

Drive down to Patricia J. Blattman Elementary School where the off road fun begins. (We don't have to go here, this is just the only decent trail I know of). Since we all have at least 4x4 and most of us have lockers, we might want something a bit more challenging...? Open to suggestions...

Attending:

Definite:
macfx4
coyotes33
09bdsguy
jonbar87 (myself)

Tentative:
wheelz2902
iceman87
txrufnec

Also, anyone have a good tow strap? All mine got stolen out of my last pickup. We really shouldn't need any, but just in case.

I'm pretty sure we won't need a strap but just in case I do have one. I'm not real sure of much harder places to go. Also I put an ad on craigslist about it and have one person interested so far. I'm having people text and email me with questions so i'm pretty sure turnout should be good! Also as far as eating what does everyone think of eating at freddys burgers before the trail ride?

Sorry to hear you won't be able to make it but if it goes well then we can see about doing more of the meets. Looking forward to a small convoy driving down the road and on the trail. Everyone needs to make sure to bring phones/cameras so we can post!
