Thanks digital and tareed. I got the ELM tool in yesterday and was able to get the DRL's enabled in my turn signals thanks to the Forscan thread. That usb one you linked digital worked great. For any others who stumble across this - to answer tareed's comment on the master sheet for 09-14 code changes - member gthrift posted his spreadsheet on page 20 of the Forscan thread but here it is for quick reference: 09-14 Forscan Codes

To add to digital's note - I'm at I-10/Beltway during the day for work (memorial city mall area) if that's easier for folks too. I'd defer to him though as he's been at this stuff longer than me.
