All the work I've had done was at B & C Offroad on Spencer Hwy in Pasadena. Had 2 1/4 " level and 3" blocks put on, front end alignment, and they put on my front and rear bumpers. Have not had a single problem. Known several people to use them with no complaints.

I dont know if you got the answer you wanted but I believe Texas Truck Works in Magnolia does things like that quite often.

Tried service 2-3 times, they were always packed and said it would be days before they could look at. Used their body shop recently and would give them an 8.5 out of 10.

I take my truck here, or have. So far, I've had pretty horrible experience. I'm hoping it's just been a run of bad luck.

Had them inspect my truck(just bought it used private sale), they said the brakes were low. As I get in my truck, I noticed a different wheel lock ( I have aftermarket wheels with centercaps). I tell the service manager I gave them a black lock. The service manager explained the black one I handed them was OEM, and they found the chrome lock that belonged to the aftermarket wheel locks. Made sense...I left.

The next day, drop off at my mechanic's shop to do the brakes, at a 1/4 of the price AutoNation quoted. He calls me as soon as I get to work and says the wheel lock doesn't work.

Call AutoNation, and they never call me back. So I show up later that day and they can't find my wheel lock. Said to leave it they will have to break them off. Took them a day to remove them.

I return the next day to pick up the truck, and as they bring it out, the guy opens the door in front of me and hits the pole.

Then, they never replaced my wheel locks, although they said they would order some. Next oil change, I'm like where are those wheel locks. And the service managers explains how they are more of a nuisance and won't deter theft. He went on and on about how easily crooks can remove them and I shouldn't install them on my truck. Went home and ordered some wheel locks of my liking on my own dime.

Autonation ANYTHING is going to be a horrible customer service experience. Originally bought my 2015 F150 from them and couldn't get any help until I flagged down a Salesperson that was on their Cig break. Service: Expect extremely long delay for anything, even if you are the first in line. Oil Change: waited 2 hours...on a Wednesday morning, first in line at 630AM......go to any other dealership. If you are in Katy, just take the additional time and go to Ryan Ford a little further out.
