ok done that with 15" speakers in the bed... need to know if this will under cover or exposed to open environment..

 

Just something I can hook up to my truck stereo and pull out when I get done... For now, now down the road I might put something a little more permanate

 

yeah they make 6x9 truck boxes... you could add speaker quick connect like the ones on speaker boxes so all you have to do is plug the wires in and have music then disconnect the wires when done but the terminals will stay there for future use

 

Do you have a lid or cover for the bed or are you just mounting them back there by themselves. I would suggest marine speakers, that way incase of amy moisture that would get to them you are ok. They sound great also especially ones that come in the pods. look on ebay or amazon and find great deals.

 

It's also not hard at all to fiberglass a custom speaker box that would mold to the inside of the bed so the speakers would look flush say on the sides before the wheel bump

We have not set time yet. But within this week we will have next meet time posted. Might move it just around the corner to Twin Peaks, probably better service than what we had at Uncle Bucks.
