Have been following a USA thread where a guy got his fixed after Ford intervened, repair looks fantastic. Called my dealer, told me it was normal.
Wow, rust on a brand new 2015 vehicle normal??? (Ya right totally normal).

Called my dealer, told me this rust was normal( ya riiiight, totally normal). $73,000.00 for a truck, and rusted driveline is normal????? Camera didn't do this rust justice, bright orange. Other driveline components show same rust. Just took delivery 04/04/2015.

Current Options:
1. Ignore it.
2. Take it back and ask them to paint it.
3. Paint it yerself.
4. Return the truck and buy a chebbie.

Your pic is the one in the USA that the dealer fixed the problem. (Not sure your that person though)
My post was put on a Canadian thread.
This has been discussed a lot in the USA not so much in Canada.
