Default 2002 F150 Daytime Running Lights

Hello,
I have a 2002 Lariat that I would like to enable the DRLs, but am having a hard time finding a couple of parts. I am hopeful that some of our friends in the Great White North can help.
It is my understanding that DRLs are mandatory in Canada, and I have read that all Ford trucks have the appropriate wiring harness installed and use either a relay block and resister or a jumper plug to enable or disable the DRL function.
I have been searching for (unsuccessfully so far) a Relay Block - Ford Part Number YL1Z-13B218-AA, and Resistor - Ford Part Number XL3Z-14A601-AA. The information I have indicates they were used on 1999 and newer models, but I am not sure exactly how late they were used.
Hopefully there are some of them still left out there.
The relay is located under the oval shaped panel on top of the dash, and the resistor plugs into the wiring harness near the left headlight assy.
If any of our Northern friends have access these parts, please message, or email me at wkp2754@gmail.com.

Thanks,
William

Sorry didn't see any parts when I did a search of a Cdn dealer website that allows search by part number.

Have you tried just inserting the fuse in the fuse panel? I know on my 99 Mustang in order to disable DRL's I just had to pull the fuse (because running fogs only for DRL's was way cooler). I know some of the US Mustang owners wanted the DRL's much like you and just input the fuse and BINGO, they worked!
