Coil pack cracked or perhaps spark plugs/wires. I've had this on all 3 4.2 trucks I currently own and drive lol. Use a spray bottle from Windex or something and fill it with plain water. Run the engine and spray the coil pack on passenger side valve cover. If it bucks and shakes the engine and misses then it's the coil, if not, get in and spray the sparkplugs lightly. They shouldn't really arc unless you're underwater or have bad boots.
My two cents.

How's she goin' eh?
I had a VW golf that did this. Turns out it was a bad ground on a fuel rail. Look into that too. My mechanic found it after a very small fire and had to rebuild half the wiring in the engine bay.
