Default Differences between Canadian or US F150?

My son and I both have 2016 Fi50 SC 4x4. Neither one has the 4x4 emblems on the side of the bed. Are there differences in the lighting also?

Canadian models come with a hockey stick, some maple syrup and have much less attitude than american models.
Most canadian dealers also give out free poutine and beer when getting your truck serviced.

All kidding aside, the decals on side of box depend on which model trim you buy.

I am sure there are other differences, but these are small details I learned while shopping around for a 2018 Lariat and King Ranch model:

Lariat:
- Canadian 5.0L comes with the trans/radiator shield, US doesn’t.
- Canadian 502A non-sport packages cannot get the headlights with a black housing, US 502As can.
- Canadian Sync3 apps are limited, much better variety in US.
- All Canadian versions get DRLs. Not all US versions do.

King Ranch:
- Moonroof delete is nonexistent in all 10 provinces. If you custom order, a Canadian dealer system will auto add it at the end. In the US, system will honor your request. (only reason why I went with a Lariat instead of a KR !)
- Canadian 601As only get 20” wheels, US 601As can get 18s or 20s.

Differences I have noticed when looking at 2.7L 4*4 SuperCrew:
US version can only get 2.7 payload package on the XLT 300A, nothing higher
Cdn version can get 2.7 payload package on full XLT and full Lariat trims.

I noticed that the Canadian version does not have a shark fin antenna for the satellite radio, it's more like a small hump on the roof.
The American versions have a distinct shark fin antenna.

My 2018 XLT does not have a shark fin. I thought it was the other way around.

Just did a search of 2018 dealer inventories which showed actual pictures and I compared to build sheets.
It appears in Canada anything with 302A and above gets the shark fin (not sure about US).
Even a 301A with SYNC 3 added doesn't get a shark fin.
I've only been looking at 302A and up hence why I only see shark fins.
