I don't agree with it but that's what they told me. If your window is broken and all that's holding it together is tint and you need out I highly doubt tint film will prevent you from getting through.
The cops' argument with my brother (he got a tint ticket and as a result a possession charge ) was that police and civilians can't see what the driver is doing, in case he has a weapon. I think that's ridiculous, why would the driver having a weapon matter more than any of the passengers behind tint?

And I agree. The tint not shattering the window is also bogus. If anything it is a safety feature, prevents shards of glass from piercing the driver, he would be able to get out easily if he just kicked the window out.

The police don't make the law they just enforce it. Whatever the reason for no tint is because of Alberta transportation requesting it in a bill.

The main reason is because it decreases the drivers ability to see properly both during the day and night.

I've decided I'm not shipping stuff to guys in the US for sale thread anymore. They make it a point to say they won't ship to Canada so don't bother asking. Screw them!

My rant for the day, but it infuriates me.

I had a guy in the states try to tell me I should cover extra shipping costs when I was selling the item. Because I made the choice to live up here and Canada post charges so much. Such a tool, I told him to find an American seller...

What infuriates me is they make it out to be such a big deal to ship here. I've shipped a bunch of stuff down there. It's been no different then shipping within Canada aside from 5 seconds filling out customs form. They make it out to be this big complicated ordeal. I've even offered to pay more shipping to sweeten the pot. Again, still too much hassle for them. So, I'm boycotting.

Default Accessories bug

Well spring is comming and I am getting the bug to add some more to my truck
I currently have a 2inch level, mayhem rims and roll ex cover and black bug deflector. I was wondering if you guys could help me out with some ideas or where to go to get some good ideas; pics, our even spots in edmonton area. Some things I am currently looking at are rigid lights (undecided where to mount them), will be getting bigger tires 275/70 r18 also been looking everywheres for the black out ford emblems can't seem to find them anywheres seen them on a few trucks in edmonton area almost getting to the point to follow them and ask where they got them. I am looking at a clean black out look so I don't want any huge bumpers or hardcore off road look.

Get some Rigid lights! I have some mounted on my pickup (see my signature) and love them. Right now I'm debating about getting some more Dually's or getting a 20'' double row to mount in the bumper hole.

There's a guy on here that does custom emblems. Search customtrucksolutions.com and u should be able to find his website. I have all of my emblems plasti dipped and get questions all the time. I love it. Some guys don't. I don't have any good pictures of my truck yet, but once the weather turns decent, I'm excited to get some pics on here. There's also a guy on here called hanning lighting that is from calgary and has lights made. I went and met him and he was decent. Another shop that I totally completely recommend is Prizm Innovations in Calgary. Ryan, the owner there, completely hooked me up, with every single led that I could switch over on my truck. Him and his guys were excellent. He's super busy, and is blowing up right now, but I would recommend him for lighting or paint mixing. Pm me if u want his contact info.
