Yah dude Friday night I think it's the 15th of aug. Tech opens at 5 so it's best to be there a bit before and then racing opens up at 6. Ill be there for 5 and hopefully get a few runs in before its busy. The best time to run is after 10 as its cooler and less ppl so u get more runs but u don't have the same time to cool down though.
You thinkin about coming out or what? I'm hoping to have a new 93 octane MPT tune as well as a 91 octane SoCal tune for Friday.

Hey guys, so I ended up keeping my current 2013 FX4 and not buying the roush charged fx4. It would of been like a $30k lose and it wasent worth it really.
So I went to street legals last Friday and for my first track times I don't think I did too bad. Best was a 15.7@88.1mph. I haven't got the launch down yet and I went with over half a tank of fuel and tailgate up. I was starting in 4x4 and launching at about 1800 rpm. My 60' times were 2.4 so I have lots of work to do there for sure. If anyone is down for this Friday coming up then pm me and will meet up. There were 4 F150's out on Friday, a Eco and a foose F150 as well as a 5.0 with the roush changer on it.
Does anyone know where to go to get the best 93 octane fuel? I'd like to have no ethenal if possible but really all I can think of is husky for 94 octane.

Yah petro is probably what I will use for my track tune. Both husky and petro have 94 octane gas with 10% ethanol in it. Ill run the 91 tune for DD and then I can keep using 91 V-Power shell fuel with no ethanol in it.
So who's coming out on Friday to castrol raceway? It's a blast and addictive once you get a few passes in.
