I just got home from a trip to Edmonton. I go up there a couple times a year for work. I think there may be as many trucks in Edmonton as there are in any city in Texas... and lots of F150s. Saw a lot of really nice looking trucks, but didn't get many pics. I saw an f150 with a huge front bumper. I'll post the picture of it tomorrow. I love going to Edmonton!

Nice! I have a BakFlip HD as well. I really like it. Oh, and I passed by Pine Lake about an hour ago on a road trip for work. Looks beautiful at the lake today!

not me butters, but I hear it's starting to be "old technology" like the 5.4L.

but then again, I've heard that the 2015's are going to have a eco 5.0L and a 4v 5.8L in the f150's.

i'm only taking it with a grain of salt until I see one in a showroom.

if you like, you can get a 6.2L up to 750hp with a supersnake blower or a current 5.0 up around 675hp with a roush S/C.

thinking of a new truck again?

Nothing special. My dad has it in his Limited. It's OK, but it just makes alot of noise and doesn't get up and go as well as I thought it would. If it had a supercharger it'd be a different story. But stock for stock the 5.0 is just a more impressive engine because of the power it has with it's small displacement, it makes you go "wow, this is awesome for a smaller V8!" and of course the Ecoboost for it's towing power and low end. The $3,000+ upcharge and 15-18 l/100km average with a light foot is not worth it IMO.
